• A presence on the Online Community - from a calendar listing to a full page - let people know what you are planning!
• Reaching out to the widest possible range of participants and new volunteers, including alumni, friends, parents, incoming and current students
• Working with the Alumni Office for event planning and marketing advice, mailing lists and other useful information
