  Event Schedule

Thursday, March 1:
  Arrival, check-in to your hotel and catch up with Norwich friends.

Friday, March 2:   Morning meetup for coffee before hitting the slopes and then delicious barbecue on the mountain.  Apres ski at one of Vail's hiddens jewels and dinner with Norwich friends at a premier steak house. 

Saturday, March 3:   Morning meetup.  Full day of skiing with Norwich friends and family.  Dinner and nightlife on the town.

There are many details that go into planning a trip - lodging, transportation, lift tickets and other activities. Eagle County Airport (EGE) is the closest airport to Vail and is located only 30 minutes away from the resort.  Airlines serving Eagle County Airport include:

The next closest major airport is located 2 hours from Vail.  Denver International Airport (DIA) is served by many carriers and acts as a hub airport for:

From the Airport:
  Colorado Mountain Express provides door-to-door service from both Eagle Creek and Denver airports to Vail.  Reservations may be made by calling 866.400.7548 or
visiting their website .

In & Around Vail:   
If you need transportation within Vail there is a free bus service available between the eastern end of Vail Village and the western end of LionsHead.  Scheduled buses to East Vail and West Vail also run frequently as well.

Transportation from Beaver Creek:   If you will be staying in Beaver Creek there are several shuttle services that are available.  ECO Transit (970.328.3533) offers shuttle service for $3-$5 each way.  The Vail/Beaver Creek Ski Shuttle also runs daily.  Lift Tickets  

Lift tickets can be obtained through multiple sources.  They are sometimes included in vacation package deals so review the terms of your rates carefully to see what is included.  Additionally, your hotel will have tickets available for sale right at the front desk or with the concierge.  You can also purchase lift tickets in advance

There is a $10 registration fee per person.  This fee allows us to help plan the best event possible and to ensure that you will receive your welcome packet (and special gift) in the mail before you arrive.
