NU Carillon

This summer, Norwich University continues its popular summer concert series with five outdoor concerts on the Charlotte Nichols Greene Memorial Carillon, one of only two such instruments in the state of Vermont.

Concerts take place Saturdays at 1 p.m., rain or shine, on the Upper Parade Ground at Norwich University. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and sit in the shade. The events are free, open to the public, and handicapped accessible. Free parking is available in the Jackman lot. The tower will remain open for 1/2 hour following each concert for tours, demonstrations, and a chance to meet the carillonneur. The University is located off Route 12, ten miles south of Montpelier, and 4 miles off Exit 5 on I-89. For more information call George Matthew at 802-247-9873.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket, sit in the shade, and listen to Handel, Mozart, Bach and Chopin performed as you've never heard them.

Admission is free, the public is welcome.
