Allen Doyle writes: I would like to thank all of you who have supported Norwich Hockey over the past several years. The success of our programs is a direct result of your generosity and commitment! I would also like to invite each of you to join us, as we “Celebrate 100 Years of Norwich Hockey Tradition” in 2009-2010 beginning with the 10th Annual Allen Doyle Golf Classic. I have hosted this event for the past nine years for the sole purpose of supporting our hockey program, and I have seen personally the great job all of our contributions have done to better our program. Keep in mind… this is a combined effort by me and the dedicated members of Norwich Blue Line Club, and all proceeds raised today, and throughout the year, go directly to the Norwich Hockey Team.
This year the Allen Doyle Classic Tournament Committee has worked diligently to help keep our tournament fees as affordable as possible, and The Woodstock Inn has “stepped-up” to assist us in our effort to raise money for our program. We have lowered our greens-fees and cut back on our “giveaways” … all in an effort to receive the maximum amount of support from this event.
Remember to sign-up early, as we are limited to only 152 golfers… the openings will go fast! See you in Woodstock for our 10th Tournament!
