This activity is part of Norwich's first ever "National Day of Service" - we will be joining with Norwich Clubs from around the country to make a difference in our local communities. Be there with us to spend the afternoon with fellow alumni and friends and give back to our nation's veterans. Saturday, November 7, 2009 1:30 pm - Gather with fellow alumni2:00 pm - 3:30pm - Pizza and Bingo with the Vets Veterans Community Living Center 3461 Civic Center Blvd Philadelphia, PA 19109 What we will be doing: It will be our honor to give an hour back to our nation's veterans - the men and women who have given so much for our country. All alumni, students, parents and friends - anyone with a Norwich connection - is invited to join us for an afternoon of pizza and bingo with the residents of the Veterans Community Living Center. We will be providing the food - and the fun - for an afternoon of games, stories and memories with the resident veterans. What's needed: We need alumni to bring along money for pizzas, beverages, fruit, and dessert items, along with small prizes for the bingo game. Then, share a meal with the veterans and other Norwich alumni and friends. We'll be listening to their memories, playing bingo (a favorite of the residents!) and telling them about Norwich.
