Over 200 walk in NU's first Relay for Life, raise $14,000 for ACS

Grace Moriath of Northfield and a cadet fill luminaria bags.Norwich’s first American Cancer Society (ACS) Relay for Life brought out over 200 people from all walks of life at Norwich and the surrounding community to raise awareness and research funding. Over $14,000 was raised by  team members taking turns between walking and sleeping on the UP.

Board of Trustees breaks ground for new dorm

GEN Gordon R. Sullivan '59 USA (Ret.) reveals the sign for the new dormOn Thursday, April 24, the Norwich Board of Trustees, community and friends filled up the tennis court parking lot to officially kick-off construction of a new civilian dormitory. The 65,000 square-foot building will provide living space for 284 civilian students and help Norwich achieve residential housing goals set out in the University’s strategic plan, NU2019.
