 Norwich’s first American Cancer Society (ACS) Relay for Life brought out over 200 people from all walks of life at Norwich and the surrounding community to raise awareness and research funding.  On Thursday, April 24, the Norwich Board of Trustees, community and friends filled up the tennis court parking lot to officially kick-off construction of a new civilian dormitory.
